Work on sophisticated fund structuring, regulatory, and transactional matters alongside cross-practice teams. Client Details A globally recognized law firm known for advising on complex, high-value matters across financial services and other industries. The firm combines deep regulatory expertise with transactional strength, offers strong collaborative culture, invests in professional development, and provides meaningful pro bono opportunities alongside market-leading client work. Description Provide legal counsel on matters related to investment management and regulatory compliance. Draft, review, and negotiate agreements, disclosures, and other legal documents. Advise on SEC, FINRA, and other regulatory requirements impacting the investment management industry. Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with industry standards. Support business development by identifying and mitigating legal risks in new initiatives. Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations affecting the professional services industry. Assist in managing disputes and litigation related to investment management operations. Provide training and guidance on compliance and legal best practices. Profile A successful candidate should have: A law degree and admission to the bar in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
