We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our team as an Accounting Assistant. You will provide support within the Accounting and Human Resources department, handling a high volume set of tasks. You must possess effective communication skills and a high level of confidence in your abilities, as you will work in a fast-paced environment.

      Job Description
      • Accounts Payable - processing invoices, check runs, and vendor management
      • Accounts Receivable - billing/invoicing, deposits, and reconciliations
      • Maintain accurate records of payroll documentation and transactions
      • Respond to payroll-related inquiries and resolve issues
      • Working as an entry-level accountant for payroll-related audit, payroll reports, and other related duties
      • Assist with annual tax and compliance documents and year end 1099's
      • Support accounting activities to ensure accuracy and timeliness of invoice creation and entry
      • Verify data by comparing it to source documents
      • Performs other accounting and finance duties as required
      Qualifications
      • Entry-level position; minimum 2-year college or associate's degree (emphasis/specialization in Accounting, Finance, or related field)
