About the Opportunity

If you're looking to build a long-term career in sales, consulting, or recruitment, this role offers a clear path to high earnings and rapid progression.

As an Associate Consultant at CMC, you'll develop core sales skills including relationship building, negotiation, and business development. You'll start by focusing on candidate sourcing and, as you progress, expand into client-facing sales and account management.

  • Build and manage a pipeline of candidates for current and future opportunities
  • Conduct interviews to assess skills, experience, and fit
  • Partner with senior consultants to support client projects and hiring needs
  • Develop communication, sales, and negotiation skills through hands-on experience
  • Track activity and performance using internal systems

What You'll Gain

  • Competitive base salary plus uncapped commission
  • First-year on-target earnings of $85K-$100K+, with higher potential for top performers
  • Structured, award-winning training and ongoing development
  • Clear and transparent promotion path based on performance
  • Full benefits package including health, dental, vision, 401(k), and 21 days PTO
  • Incentives and performance-based rewards, including international trips
  • Mentorship from experienced sales leaders

Why Join CMC

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a performance-driven environment
  • Resilient, coachable, and eager to learn
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting
