Description:

Primary Goal: The Mobile Engineer helps drive innovation at our fastest-growing entry point into our services, our mobile applications. They play a strategic role in developing a product that is revolutionizing the delivery of language services and omnichannel communication. Working with and reporting to our Director of Engineering, they are responsible for the continued development of our growing portfolio of iOS and Android applications.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop new features and improve upon existing features.
  • Diagnose and resolve bugs to ensure our clients and staff have the best error-free experience possible
  • Develop and Maintain Unit and Integration tests
  • Perform code reviews of our mobile applications
  • Investigate and document the impact of feature changes and account for any downstream technical issues
  • Manage technical debt, helping our product and engineering teams work on improving developer happiness and efficiency

Required Minimum Education and Experience:

  • Experience and expert level knowledge in the following:

Work Environment: This position operates in a remote office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, and filing cabinets. While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be required to stand up or to sit for up to eight hours or more at a time. The employee must use his/her hands to handle or feel objects, tools, or controls, reach with hands and arms, talk, and hear.
