Job description

Job Summary

SIGCO is accepting applications for a Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic customer service team. The position entails entering orders into our system, reviewing orders for accuracy, answering incoming calls from our existing customer base and other miscellaneous administrative duties in a fast-paced environment. This is an hourly position and the typical schedule is Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm.

The right candidate will display the following abilities:

  • Exceptional customer service.
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills, including handling incoming calls in a professional and thoughtful manner.
  • Strong data-entry skills with consistent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Solid computer skills that include the ability to learn new computer programs.
  • Basic math skills.
  • Adaptable to change with a positive attitude and the ability to remain open to others' ideas.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with employees at all levels of the organization.
  • History of positive performance and reliable attendance with the ability to work overtime as needed.
  • Must possess a strong commitment to Safety!
