For revenue audit: perform duties to audit revenue through cage, slots, table games, and F&B paperwork, and report discrepancies to management.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Revenue Audit:

  • This position is responsible for providing a high level of customer service and promoting a positive attitude to create a fun and entertaining experience for our guests and Team members.  
  • Audit daily cage paperwork.
  • Prepare worksheet of financial information obtained from cage audit for month end journal entry.
  • Audit daily slot paperwork and meter to actual drop information from casino management system.
  • Prepare worksheet of financial information obtained from slot audit for daily tax submission and month end journal entry.
  • Audit W2-G forms to the SIS Jackpot reports.
  • Audit daily table game paperwork.
  • Prepare worksheet of financial information obtained from table games audit for month end journal entry.
  • Prepare and submit daily tax submission.
  • Audit key logs monthly.
  • Audit daily F&B paperwork.
  • Prepare worksheet of financial information obtained from F&B audit for month end journal entry.
  • Maintain signature control cards.
  • Other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

  • High School Diploma or equivalent plus some additional specialized training required. 
  • Basic knowledge of excel. 
  • Proficient at 10 key calculators.  
  • Must understand and speak the English language.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

While performing the duties of this job, the team member  is regularly required to talk and hear.  The team member frequently is required to stand and walk.  The team member is occasionally required to sit, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, and crouch.  The team member must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.  The team member requires manual dexterity to operate all necessary equipment.  Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and distance.  Must be able to push and pull carts and equipment weighing up to 250 lbs occasionally.
