THEME/THEME: Approches au mouvement dans un espace scenique et dans un contexte de nouvelle creation /Approaches to movement in a scenic space and in the context of a new creation
DESCRIPTION: Developpement de la conscience du corps dans l'espace et du corps scenique a l'aide des nouveaux systemes de mouvement. Etude de l'improvisation comme outils d'entrainement et de nouvelle creation. Travail sur la motricite, l'endurance, la dynamique, l'energie et la souplesse des acteurs par le yoga, les echauffements et les bases de la danse contemporaine. / Expansion of body awareness in space and on stage through the study of new systems of movement. Study of improvisation as a tool for training and creating new work. Developing the actors' motor skills, endurance, control of dynamics, energy and flexibility through yoga, warm-ups and the basics of contemporary dance.

Requirements:

1. Cinq ans d'experience dans l'entrainement corporel et vocal quotidien aupres d'acteurs debutants afin de les preparer a suivre des cours de jeu ou a entamer le travail de repetition. 2. Experience dans l'enseignement au niveau post-secondaire en lien avec le theme du cours sera considere comme un atout. 3. Bilinguisme actif en francais et en anglais. / 1. 5 years experience leading daily, sustained physical and vocal training for beginning performers in preparation of acting classes and rehearsals. 2. Experience in teaching the theme of the course at the university or conservatory level will be considered an asset. 3. Actively bilingual in English and French.

Base sur le tarif de base pour un cours de 3 credits (9959$) / Based on Basic Rate for a 3-credit course ($9 956).
