Job description

Title: Temporary Talent Relations Assistant

Location: New York, NY
Duration: ASAP start; 6 months; full-time hours
Responsibilities
  • Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the Talent Relations team, including calendar management, scheduling, travel coordination, and maintaining organized files and contacts.
  • Coordinate VIP and influencer travel and glam services, including flights, hotels, ground transportation, itineraries, hair, makeup, and styling bookings.
  • Manage expenses, invoices, department budget tracking, supplies, gift packaging, inventory, and related follow-up with internal and external partners.
  • Support events, talent recaps, social monitoring, press clipping, seeding and gifting initiatives, product shipments, gifting lists, and delivery tracking.
  • Anticipate team needs, maintain an organized office and showroom environment, handle confidential information discreetly, and support additional team projects as required.
Requirements
  • Administrative or operational support experience in talent relations, public relations, fashion, beauty, entertainment, events, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage calendars, travel logistics, expenses, invoices, budgets, and multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills when working with VIPs, influencers, glam teams, vendors, and internal partners.
  • High attention to detail, proactive problem-solving ability, and demonstrated discretion when handling sensitive or confidential information.
  • Availability for a hybrid schedule with a typical four-day onsite expectation, occasional five-day peak periods, and full-time hours.
