  • Monitor TikTok, Instagram, and emerging platforms for trends, sounds, formats, conversations, and cultural moments that could be relevant to our clients
  • Help brainstorm social-first content concepts, recurring series, campaign ideas, and reactive opportunities
  • Conduct competitive and category research to identify what brands and creators are doing well on social
  • Support community management, including monitoring comments, conversations, and audience sentiment
  • Assist with pulling references and inspiration for creative briefs, content shoots, and client presentations
  • Help organize and maintain social assets, content calendars, links, and other campaign materials
  • Support social reporting by gathering performance metrics and identifying top-performing content
  • Assist with on-set and in-studio content creation when needed, including capturing behind-the-scenes and social-first footage
  • Help identify emerging creators, brands, cultural moments, and platform trends worth having on our radar
  • Support the Social team with special projects and client needs as they arise

Who You Are

  • You genuinely love social media and spend enough time on TikTok and Instagram to know what's trending before it hits everyone else's feed
  • You have a strong understanding of what makes content feel native to different social platforms
  • Creative and full of ideas, but equally comfortable staying organized and executing the details
  • Strong written communicator with an eye for social copy, brand voice, and internet culture
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
  • Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable taking initiative
  • Curious about why certain content performs and interested in learning the strategy behind successful social channels
  • Able to juggle multiple brands, projects, and priorities in a fast-paced agency environment
  • Familiar with Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging social platforms
  • Comfortable using Google Workspace, Canva, and presentation tools; experience with social scheduling or analytics platforms is a plus
  • Basic photo or video editing skills are a plus, but not required
  • Previous internship, social media, marketing, communications, content creation, or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
  • Must be based in the Los Angeles area and available to work in person from our Santa Monica studio

What You'll Gain

  • Hands-on experience working on social media for leading consumer brands
  • Exposure to social strategy, content creation, community management, reporting, and client services
  • An understanding of how social-first ideas move from strategy and concept through production and publishing
  • Experience identifying trends and translating them into relevant opportunities for brands
  • The opportunity to participate in brainstorms, content shoots, and real client work
  • Direct experience working alongside social strategists, creatives, producers, and account teams
  • A behind-the-scenes look at how a fast-growing social-first creative agency operates
