Job description

The Role

As an Enterprise Events Executive, you own our most valuable corporate relationships end-to-end. You are assigned a portfolio of named strategic accounts, including new accounts transitioned to you from our Enterprise Partnerships Executives. Your job is to deepen those relationships, drive retention, grow revenue, and expand accounts across markets. You build, protect, and scale the accounts that matter most. We lead with presence - Lucky Strike Entertainment operates a camera-first policy. All video calls with clients and internal stakeholders require cameras on, and we expect associates to show up polished and professional - that means appropriate attire, a clean environment, and the kind of executive presence that reflects the brand we represent.

What You'll Do

Own Your Account Portfolio

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of named corporate accounts - building trusted relationships that drive long-term loyalty and repeat business
  • Proactively engage clients to understand their goals, uncover challenges, and align Lucky Strike Entertainment's offerings to their success metrics
  • Field-oriented role with an expectation of minimum 50% time in the field - present with clients, at venues, and across your territory

What You'll Bring

You don't need to check every box - but here's what sets the best candidates apart.

  • 3-5+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a client-facing sales or hospitality role
  • Proven ability to manage and grow a portfolio of corporate accounts with a focus on retention, satisfaction, and expansion
  • Relationship-first approach - you build trust at the executive level and know how to navigate large, multi-stakeholder organizations
  • Strategic thinker who develops account success plans and identifies growth opportunities before clients ask
  • Strong understanding of CRM tools - Salesforce, HubSpot, Gainsight, or similar - and comfortable leveraging data to track account health and performance
  • Drive customer retention, repeat bookings, and satisfaction across our national portfolio of venues

Onboard and Activate New Accounts

  • Receive and onboard new accounts transitioned from our Enterprise Partnerships Executives - ensuring a seamless transition from sale to experience and a strong start to every client relationship
  • Deliver tailored event programming recommendations, resources, and best practices aligned to each client's goals and group needs

Grow Revenue and Expand Markets

  • Develop and execute account success plans aligned with client objectives, booking cadences, and revenue growth targets
  • Identify and act on upsell, cross-sell, and cross-market expansion opportunities within your portfolio
  • Own outreach to all named key accounts and manage event pipeline, renewals, and incremental growth across your full book of business

Hit Your Numbers

  • Quarterly quota paid monthly on a tiered basis - stronger performance means stronger earnings
  • A Commission QRG will detail exactly how your pay is structured from day one review to a committee or standing on a venue floor at a 300-person buyout
  • Highly organized with strong pipeline discipline - managing renewals, expansions, and new business simultaneously
  • Comfortable with Outlook, Microsoft Teams, Excel, and GEMS
