Job Summary:

As a Bell Attendant/Driver, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing a warm welcome and ensuring a memorable experience from arrival to departure. Your responsibilities will include assisting with luggage, offering transportation, and sharing insights about the resort and local attractions.


Responsibilities:

  • Guest Welcome: Enthusiastically greet guests upon arrival, anticipating their needs and responding promptly with a friendly demeanor, no matter the time of day.
  • Guest Interaction: Engage with guests in a personable manner, entertaining and informing them about resort amenities and local attractions.
  • Complaints Resolution: Proactively address and resolve guest complaints to foster loyalty and satisfaction.
  • Orientation and Tours: Escort arriving guests to their rooms, providing orientation and historical context about the resort.
  • Local Recommendations: Share personal stories and recommend activities, attractions, and points of interest, offering brochures and maps as needed.
  • Transportation Assistance: Coordinate guest transportation needs, including parking and retrieving vehicles.
  • Miscellaneous Tasks: Assist with various guest requests and reservations to enhance their overall stay.

Qualifications:

  • Driver's License: Valid U.S. drivers license is mandatory 
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays; ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment.
  • Experience: Previous experience in customer service and driving different types of vehicles is preferred.
  • People Skills: Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for creating exceptional guest experiences.
  • Communication: Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Compensation:

The hourly range for this position is $20.00/hour to $21.50/hour.
