Job Title: Enterprise solution Architect

Location: Minneapolis, Minnesota (Hybrid)

Key Responsibilities

Architectural Blueprinting Design end-to-end technical solutions for enterprise client implementations, ensuring strict data segregation in a multi-tenant environment .Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner directly with Technology, Security, and Business teams to align technical architecture with regulatory mandates.

Security Integration Embed Federal and State compliance criteria directly into application, data, and infrastructure designs from day one.

System Boundary Design Assist in defining technical System Boundaries to isolate and protect government client data workloads.

Required Qualifications

Architecture Experience 8+ years as a Solutions Architect delivering large-scale enterprise software or cloud optimization projects.

Healthcare Expertise Deep understanding of the US Healthcare sector, ideally with transactional system experience in Pharmacy or PBM operations.

Compliance-Driven Design Strong working knowledge of designing systems compliant with the HIPAA Security Rule and Federal security authorization boundaries.

Must-Have Requirements 8+ years of experience as a Solutions Architect. Experience designing large-scale enterprise software or cloud optimization solutions.

Strong experience in the US Healthcare domain.

Experience in Pharmacy or Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) operations.

Experience designing multi-tenant enterprise platforms.

Knowledge of HIPAA Security Rule.

Experience with Federal and State security compliance and authorization boundaries.

Ability to design scalable, secure, and resilient enterprise architectures.

Experience working with Technology, Security, and Business stakeholders.
