This role is eligible for our hybrid work model: Two days in-office. Booking Holdings is seeking an Analyst to join its Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) team. This is a critical role within the Risk & Controls function, providing hands‑on operational support. The Analyst will support the day‑to‑day execution of the Booking Holdings ERM program, helping to maintain and facilitate key risk management activities. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with cross‑functional teams and brands across the company, supporting a robust and effective risk management lifecycle. The Analyst will also gain visibility with senior leadership through exposure to executive‑level risk reporting and discussions.

In this role you will get to:
  • Assist in maintaining the enterprise risk management framework, tools, and processes used to identify, assess, monitor, and report on risks.
  • Support ERM Program leads in executing day‑to‑day activities within the enterprise risk management strategy.
  • Track and follow up on risk identification, mitigation actions, and resolution status with functional and brand risk & controls teams, escalating status to ERM leadership.
  • Maintain and update the GRC tool as the central, accurate source of truth for risk data.
  • Gather data from stakeholders and assemble reporting materials, dashboards, and metrics that support risk monitoring and leadership reporting.
  • Assist in preparing materials (decks, memos, summaries) that translate risk data into clear narratives, for review and delivery by senior team members.
  • Support day‑to‑day execution on designated ERM initiatives and cross‑functional workstreams.
  • Monitor industry trends and emerging risks, flagging relevant developments to ERM leadership for further evaluation.
  • Build working relationships across the organization and its brands to support day‑to‑day risk management activities, including training and communication efforts.
What you have:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Concentration in Risk Management, Business, Finance is a plus.
  • Clear written and verbal communicator, able to explain information plainly to stakeholders across the business.
  • Comfortable collaborating across teams and building working relationships in a large, matrixed organization.
  • Strong attention to detail and consistent follow‑through on tracking, updating and following up data.

In addition to a competitive base salary, roles are eligible to be considered for an annual bonus.

The base salary range for Connecticut and the NYC-metro area is $79,200-$96,800.
