Job Description:
As an Enterprise Marketing Manager at ATD, you will report to the Director Marketing, Global & Enterprise, supporting the entirety of ATD's Enterprise Solutions products and programs, including Enterprise Membership, Team Training Courses, Conferences, Certification, and other team-focused products. In this position, you will be working closely with the marketing team as well as the ATD Enterprise Solutions (sales) Team. This person will be responsible for all Enterprise lead gen activity, nurturing campaigns to qualify leads, and end-to-end understanding and improvement of the lead through close stream.

What You'll Do
  • Manage email marketing strategy and promotion, with audience segmentation, tailored messaging, and high-quality email design
  • Develop campaign strategy for social media and new channels
  • Develop and monitor lead gen forms and relative impacts on sales
  • Write concise and powerful marketing copy for emails, website, social media ads, and other online or print communications as needed
  • Partner with the Enterprise Solutions team to monitor lead effectiveness, identify new audiences and opportunities, understand the full lead lifecycle, and develop strategies to re-nurture leads that do not convert
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure marketing messages are accurate, relevant, and up to date
  • Develop product proposals for the Enterprise Solutions team (Account Executives) as needed
  • Coordinate with in-house graphic designers to develop graphics for website, email, digital ads, social media, promotional videos, brochures, and more
  • Write Outreach sequences for the sales team as an extension to the marketing activity to move leads down the funnel
  • Report regularly on results

What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing or equivalent relevant experience is required
  • 5+ years of marketing experience
  • Comfort learning new technology and working in different technology platforms, CRM, CMS, Email Platforms, AMS
  • Strong B2B marketing background, sales enablement experience as well is preferred
  • Digital and traditional channel marketing experience, including experience email marketing through marketing automation platforms and CRM
  • Experience with digital and traditional marketing channels
  • Copywriting for marketing materials, specifically emails and websites
  • Understanding of audience segmentation and messaging for senior leader decision makers
  • Excellent time and project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and responsibilities simultaneously
  • An eagerness and willingness to learn and grow in your profession
