What You'll Do:
  • Build and maintain deep, trusted relationships with enterprise travel clients, acting as their primary point of contact and internal advocate at Flywire
  • Develop bespoke strategic account plans for each client to maximize payment volume, product utilization, and overall satisfaction
  • Partner closely with the Travel Sales Team on pipeline accounts - contributing to implementation and go-live planning well before a client's first transaction
  • Drive revenue growth through proactive upselling and expansion opportunities within your book of business
  • Own escalated client issues end-to-end, including chargebacks, refunds, and operational challenges, ensuring timely and accurate resolution
  • Deliver regular business reviews, analytics, and reporting that help clients understand their performance and identify opportunities
  • Lead and execute short- and long-term operational initiatives, continuous improvement plans, and client-driven special projects
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Finance, and Operations to surface client feedback and advocate for enterprise needs
  • Contribute to building and maintaining onboarding best practices alongside the Sales team
  • In the coming years, manage and develop a team of Relationship Managers spanning multiple regions within the DMC business units

Qualifications
Here's What We're Looking For:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field
  • 5+ years of relationship management or account management experience, ideally in a B2B or fintech environment
  • Experience navigating complex client relationships, handling objections, and driving commercial outcomes
  • A proven track record of growing and retaining enterprise accounts
  • Strong analytical, planning, and communication skills - you're as comfortable in a spreadsheet as you are presenting to a C-suite
  • Willingness to travel approximately 25% of the time
  • Experience with Salesforce, GSuite, Asana, Jira, Slack, Looker, or Smartsheet is a plus
