Client Services Manager – Senior Living Home Health

BAYADA Home Health Care has an immediate opening for a Client Services Manager in our Harrisburg, PA Senior Living Office.

Are you looking for a rewarding career opportunity in a growing healthcare industry? As a Client Services Manager, you'll play a key role in coordinating high-quality home health services while building meaningful relationships with clients, families, referral partners, and your team.

The Client Services Manager will:
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and coordinate high-quality home health services
  • Manage client service coordination and address emergent scheduling and staffing needs
  • Oversee and proactively grow an assigned caseload through relationship-building and service excellence
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, referral sources, payors, and community organizations
  • Foster strong, collaborative relationships with office and field staff
  • Monitor key operational and financial metrics, including admissions and referral outcomes
  • Partner with Clinical Managers to provide support and supervision to field employees
  • Contribute to office growth, client satisfaction, and overall operational success
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Prior knowledge of or experience with Medicare and OASIS a plus
  • Previous medical office, healthcare, or home care experience preferred
  • Prior supervisory or leadership experience is a plus
  • Demonstrated success in achieving goals and taking on increasing levels of responsibility
  • Ambition and desire to grow and advance within the organization
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
