We are seeking an Enterprise Applications Manager to support and manage select front-office and enterprise business systems, including HRIS, security/access platforms, and other operational or accounting-related applications. This role partners with business stakeholders, IT, and external vendors to ensure systems are secure, reliable, and aligned with business and control requirements.

Responsibilities:

Front Office & Business Application Ownership

  • Serve as functional owner or lead support partner for assigned enterprise applications (e.g., HRIS, access/security systems, expense, or other operational platforms).
  • Partner with HR, Finance, Security, and Operations to understand process needs and translate them into system requirements.
  • Coordinate issue resolution, enhancements, and testing with IT and vendors.

Security, Access, and Controls

  • Partner with IT and business owners to define role-based access models and provisioning requirements.
  • Support user access requests, periodic access reviews, and audit evidence for assigned systems.
  • Ensure systems align with internal control, compliance, and data protection standards.

Integrations & Data Flow

  • Partner with IT to support integrations between enterprise applications and core systems (ERP, identity management, reporting).
  • Validate data flows, timing, and controls across connected systems.

Change Management & Releases

  • Support system upgrades, patches, and releases by coordinating business testing and readiness.
  • Maintain system documentation, process flows, and change records.
  • Act as a primary contact for assigned application vendors.
  • Support license management, usage monitoring, and renewals in partnership with IT and Procurement
Qualifications: Required
  • A minimum of 5 yearsโ€™ experience supporting enterprise or front-office business applications (e.g., HRIS, security, operational systems).
  • Experience partnering with HR, Finance, IT, and external vendors.
  • Strong understanding of role-based security, access controls, and audit support.
  • Ability to manage multiple systems and competing priorities.
Preferred
  • Experience supporting HRIS platforms or identity/access management systems.
  • Experience with system integrations or middleware.
  • Familiarity with SOX or regulated environments.

Salary Range:

$170,000 - $190,000. Salary ranges reflect compensation for qualified candidates across a range of experience levels and are flexible; actual salary will be determined based on demonstrated skills, experience, and performance.

Company-sponsored benefits include: 6% 401(k) company match with immediate vesting, educational assistance up to $7,000 per year, 100% insurance premium subsidy for employees (75% for dependents), Anthem medical, Guardian dental, life and disability coverage, 3 weeksโ€™ vacation, 2 weeks sick leave, and 11 holidays.
