Job description

Overview

CTG is seeking to fill a Lead B2B Integration Architect (Banking & Payments) position for our client.

Location: Charlotte, NC
Duration: 12 months

Duties:

  • Architect and design enterprise application integration (EAI) and B2B integration solutions.

  • Lead IBM Sterling Integrator (B2B Integrator) architecture, development, configuration, testing, and troubleshooting.

  • Develop and support EDI integrations, translation maps, and payment processing solutions.

  • Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and middleware standards.

  • Collaborate with developers, business stakeholders, and technical teams on strategic and tactical integration initiatives.

  • Support middleware environments across Linux and Windows platforms.

Experience & Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of hands-on IBM Sterling Integrator (B2B Integrator) and EAI/middleware architecture experience.
  • Strong EDI development and translation expertise, including ITX (IBM Transformation Extender), X12, and EDIFACT.
  • Extensive banking and payments experience with NACHA, wire transfers, check processing, and ISO formats, preferably ISO 20022.
  • Experience architecting, configuring, testing, debugging, and supporting complex integration environments across Linux and Windows.
  • Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field preferred, or equivalent experience.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
