Position Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced QuickBooks Enterprise/Desktop user to take ownership of day-to-day accounting operations and order processing in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accounting & QuickBooks
  • Daily use of QuickBooks Enterprise/Desktop
  • Process Sales Orders, Invoices, Purchase Orders, Item Receipts, and RMAs
  • Maintain accurate inventory, sales tax, and financial records
  • Support reconciliations and financial reporting
  • Operations Coordination:
  • Track open Sales Orders, POs, and RMAs
  • Ensure order flow and fulfillment progress
  • Process payments and coordinate with internal teams
  • Administrative Support:
  • Maintain organized records (digital and physical)
  • Assist with payroll, HR, and office operations
