This position offers immediate patient volume due to strong regional demand and limited ENT coverage in the area. Physicians will step into a well-supported practice environment with strong referral relationships and the ability to build a busy schedule quickly. The role offers flexibility in shaping your clinical scope while maintaining a balanced clinic and surgical schedule. With modern facilities, strong anesthesia support, and an experienced care team, physicians can focus on delivering high-quality care. A guaranteed $500,000 base salary with RVU productivity incentives provides exceptional income potential with the ability to exceed the guaranteed compensation.

Practice, Compensation & Organization Highlights
