Staying organized and maintaining strong communication with the medical team are essential for handling these demands efficiently. Additionally, adapting to rapidly changing schedules and learning to use specialized ENT equipment can be difficult at first, but on-the-job training and proactive collaboration with physicians and nurses help ease this process.
