LOCUM CRNA in Angola, Indiana *Job ID: 135863
  • Start Date: Nov 3, Nov 17, Dec 15, Dec 30, Feb 7-8, April 3-5 call only, May 30-31, June 1-5, June 22-28, June 30-July 5, July 13-19, July 20-26, ongoing weekly
  • Hours: 7 am - 3 pm
  • Call Hours: 3 pm - 7 am
  • Call Scheduled: Mix of OR and OB cases
  • Supervision: CRNAs work independently, with an Anesthesiologist on site, little to no supervision
  • Types of cases required: Ortho, Endo, Podiatry, General, ENT, and OB. They do Vbacs, no high-risk OB. Must be proficient with Spinals, Blocks, and Epidurals
  • Licensure Requirements: ACLS - (must be through AHA), BLS, PALS, COI - IN PCF required.
  • Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 days
