Leadership Opportunity for a Full Time Chief CRNA at the Surgery Center of Naples, in beautiful Naples, Florida. The Surgery Center of Naples is an Ambulatory Surgical Center of America Company. Here we utilize a care team model, meaning that we focus on giving everyone a voice, while supporting, respecting, and helping them to deliver care excellence.

Total Rewards
Salary: $230K with Additional Chief Stipend
Sign on Incentive: $75K for 3 year commitment

Case Assignments
Cardiology, ENT, General Surgery, Gynecology, Neurosurgery, Orthopedics, Pain Management, Cosmetics, Endo/EGD and Urology.

Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive anesthesia care across surgical procedures
Perform pre-anesthesia evaluations and obtain informed consent
Develop and discuss anesthetic plans with patients
Manage induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia
Monitoring of the patient's physiological condition and perform interventions as needed
Support departmental coordination and clinical leadership

Requirements
Current license as a registered professional nurse
Graduation from an accredited program of nurse anesthesia education
Certified or recertified by the AANA Council on Certification of Nurse Anesthetists

Surgery Center of Naples, $230K, Additional Chief Stipend, $75K Sign On Incentives for 3 year commitment
