Job description

This is a Full Time (8-hour per day) Skills Trainer position at Winchester Elementary School starting August 24, 2026.The work calendar for this position is 184 days in a full academic year.
Starting Salary: $19.10 - $24.05, depending on previous experience and education
Benefits: This position is eligible for medical, dental, and vision insurance with a monthly District contribution toward premiums and/or a monthly opt-out stipend with proof of other employer-sponsored group coverage. Enrollment in PERS retirement, life Insurance, long-term disability, accidental death & dismemberment (AD&D) insurance and access to an Employee Assistance Plan (EAP) provided. All out-of-district candidates selected for employment (regular or temporary), including former employees selected for rehire, must satisfactorily complete screening tests for illegal drug use (including but not limited to marijuana) prior to the district presenting a final offer of employment.  The position also requires a non-refundable fingerprinting fee of $87.50.
