Job Summary
Our client is seeking an Enrollment Associate primarily responsible for enrolling members in a wide variety of core and voluntary benefits. This role involves managing a variety of benefit products and ensuring high levels of customer service through effective call handling and following quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
  • Enrolling members in core and voluntary benefits such as vision, medical, and universal life with long-term care.
  • Handling calls that vary in duration and content, including calls that may last up to an hour.
  • Managing multiple projects simultaneously, with assignees typically juggling 6-7 different projects.
  • Monitoring metrics, such as the number of abandoned calls and achieving a team closing ratio goal of 50% for voluntary products.
  • Participating in weekly quality reviews, ensuring all calls are recorded and scored.
  • Completing a 2-week training period tailored for experienced hires.

Qualifications
  • Life and Health license (resident license required).
  • Enrollment experience, particularly in Health and Life benefits.
  • Computer literacy and proficiency in Windows 11.
  • Ability to provide own equipment for the role.

Experience
  • Prior enrollment experience is essential, especially with Health and Life benefits.

Preferred Skills
  • Bilingual capabilities are a bonus.
  • Experience with Medicare sales and presenting insurance policies.
  • Experience "selling" life insurance policies with long-term care and other insurance products.

Additional Requirements
  • Must be available to work a shift between 9am-8pm EST and work 40 hours per week.

  • 401k (Eligible on the first 401k open enrollment date following 6 consecutive months on assignment. 401k Open Enrollment dates are 1/1, 4/1, 7/1, and 10/1).
