-Help Clients Get Started: Meet with clients virtually (Zoom/phone) and guide them step-by-step through the enrollment process -Explain Benefits Clearly: Walk clients through available coverage options in a simple, easy-to-understand way so they can make informed decisions -Provide Friendly Support: Answer questions, address concerns, and ensure each client has a smooth and positive experience -Complete Enrollments: Assist clients in filling out applications and finalizing their benefits during scheduled meetings -Learn & Grow: Participate in ongoing training and coaching—no prior industry experience required -Team Collaboration: Work with a supportive team and leadership group focused on helping you succeed
