Required Qualifications:

  • Completion of an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program with current licensure or eligibility for licensure in South Carolina.

  • FNP with current Emergency Room Nurse Practitioner (ENP) Certification

  • At least 2 years of Emergency Room experience as a PA or NP

  • Assistant by the South Carolina Board of Medical Examiners or as a Nurse Practitioner.

  • Requires certification in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS). If ACLS is not current, provider must enroll and have received certificate by start date.

  • APRN or PA must maintain licenses, certifications, CNEs/CMEs, etc. as required by applicable policies and state law.

  • DHEC and DEA license

Position Highlights:

  • Evaluates and treats on the basis of history, physical examination, radiological, laboratory, and other diagnostic test results pursuant to the practice agreement or scope of practice guideline
