  • Develop and implement liquidity improvement actions to strengthen financial stability
  • Lead negotiations with government entities for subsidy and support projects
  • Harmonize and implement payment terms (target: extend from 45 to 60 days)
  • Optimize working capital and improve cash conversion cycles
  • Manage cash pooling for the group and evaluate factoring options (currently active in Germany)
  • Work in close cooperation with the Group Treasury in Germany
  • Support financial transparency and preparation for a future exit process
