Customer Experience Specialist

We are one of the fastest growing companies in the unserved retail sector – with 150+ employees, 5 countries, hundreds of customers, and a product that redefines how the world shops. To continue driving our growth, we are looking for a dedicated Customer Experience Specialist to join us on 15.07.2026 (or by agreement) for a one-year term. Your Tasks
  • You are the first point of contact for our customers in Germany
  • You create personalized assortment plans & orders for our customers and ensure that the employees find exactly what they like
  • You help coordinate deliveries, installations, and find quick and pragmatic solutions for our customers
  • You support our team with exciting topics like the launch of new menus and products and communicate these convincingly to our customers
  • You support the commercial and operational team in the successful roll-out of the concept in Germany with further tasks

  • You speak fluent German and ideally also speak English
  • You reside in the Federal Republic of Germany; remote work is exclusively within Germany
  • Ideally, you already have experience in the customer care area
