Process Manager ERM (Energy Resource & Marine) - Remote

Full time, United States, Costa Rica

This role is responsible for the business requirements, adjustment, and improvement of solutions for BCD Energy Resource & Marine Operations. Projects and tasks can be linked to industry changes, client requirements, technology changes, new service models, cost reduction initiatives, operational audits, and more. The geographical scope can be on the country or regional level.

This includes business requirements assessment, identification of best practices, definition and documentation of requirements, change management, implementation, and testing. The Process Manager will work closely with operations, implementations, travel technology, and counterparts across the BCD Organization. The Process Manager is either the driver of total assignments or a contributor to BCD activities as a process expert.

As aProcess Manager ERM, you will

  • Analyze business issues, document business requirements, work to find the best solution and best practice
  • Monitor and track the status of each initiative, engage appropriate local resources, and escalate as needed to ensure initiative success
  • Serve as liaison point between the account, the region, and the project team
  • Ensureappropriate requireddocumentation is delivered and reviewed by relevant stakeholder teams
  • Confirmappropriate technical feasibility and compliance documentation is delivered by stakeholder teams
  • Support the Operations team where appropriate

About you

  • Proven experience in ERM, marine, offshore, or crew travel environments
  • Project management and/or implementation experience
  • Ability to apply technology as an enabler to process improvement
  • Proficiency in GDSAmadeus
  • Subject matter expert in Agency Operations, Call Center principles, or Automation/Technology
  • Demonstrated skills in MS Office tools, Word, PowerPoint, Excel - Access, MS
  • Excellent oral and written commercial English and Spanish/Portuguese communication skills
