Talent Masters Staffing is seeking a driven and personable Bilingual Staffing Coordinator to support our recruiting and staffing operations. This role requires strong communication skills, excellent customer service, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.


Key Responsibilities:


Serve as a customer-facing representative for candidates and clients


Conduct phone and in-person interviews


Assist with onboarding, hiring paperwork, and new hire orientation


Communicate effectively in both Spanish and English


Handle high-volume phone calls and follow-ups


Coordinate schedules and staffing assignments


Maintain accurate records using computer-based systems


Address candidate and client concerns with professionalism


Support planning, coordination, and daily staffing operations


Identify and resolve problems efficiently and professionally


Qualifications & Skills:


Bilingual in Spanish and English (required)


Previous staffing, recruiting, or customer service experience preferred


Strong interpersonal and communication skills


Positive attitude and willingness to learn


Ability to work in a fast-paced environment


Comfortable with customer-facing and phone-based work
