The role is responsible for ensuring products remain safe, reliable, code-compliant, manufacturable, and aligned with company growth objectives.

ERP system experience (particularly Visual ERP), engineering documentation systems, and project management software. Ability to train technical personnel, dealers, and customers on products and systems. Strong customer-facing communication skills and experience resolving warranty or field service issues. Advanced Microsoft Excel and Access proficiency. Experience managing engineering documentation, engineering change requests (ECRs), bills of materials, manufacturing drawings, and installation manuals. Ability to work with cross-functional groups including Sales, Production, Purchasing, Service, Dealers, Customers, and Executive Leadership.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
