Aegis is partnered with a global leader in aerospace and energy control technologies that designs highly engineered electromechanical systems used in commercial and military applications. They are seeking an Engineering Manager to lead a team of engineers supporting new product development and next-generation aerospace technologies.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 10-12 engineers
  • Manage engineering resources, budgets, and project priorities

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
