We welcome candidates who bring exceptional technical expertise, strong project leadership, established client relationships, business development experience, or a combination of these strengths.The ideal candidate will serve as both a trusted technical resource and a strategic leader who contributes to the continued growth of Thompson Engineering's services and client base.Key Responsibilities─────────────────────────────────────────────────────── Provide technical leadership on complex engineering projects. Lead multidisciplinary project teams from planning through construction. Mentor and develop engineering staff across multiple office locations. Serve as a technical reviewer for engineering reports, plans, and specifications. Build and maintain strong client relationships while identifying opportunities for future work.
