Work Schedule:
Onsite - Chatsworth, CA
Our team in Space and Defense Group is looking for an Environmental Test Lab Technician to join them. You will report to the A&T Manager and will have an onsite work schedule Monday - Friday 10:00pm-6:30am in Chatsworth, California.
To be considered for Environmental Test Lab Technician, here's what you'll need to bring with you:
  • High School diploma or GED preferred. Otherwise, demonstrated ability to understand and apply all verbal, written and computer work instructions or training in English, and demonstrated ability to perform simple addition, subtraction, multiplication and division.
  • At least 3 years of related experience in a related technical field.

As an Environmental Test Lab Technician, you will:
  • Independently perform qualification tests and acceptance tests.
  • Maintain test logbooks, in a neat and organized manner.
  • Assemble test setups, both mechanical and electronic.
  • Pump down, monitor, and be responsible for the operation of thermal cycling and thermal vacuum chambers. Including the working with liquid nitrogen.
  • Assist in maintaining a clean, safe, and orderly work environment.

Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance.
