Job Title: Engineering Technician
Location: Milwaukee, WI

Job Summary:
The Engineering Technician will support the Test Engineering Team in a hands-on electrical labย environment. This role involves building and configuring MCC and switchgear test setups, executingย compliance testing, and ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and configure MCC and switchgear test samples in a lab setting
  • Perform UL and IEC compliance testing in high-current environments
  • Follow strict electrical safety and LOTO procedures
  • Document test setups, procedures, and results accurately
  • Collaborate with development engineers and lab teams
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized lab following 5S principles

Required Skills:

  • Hands-on experience in electrical testing or lab environments
  • Knowledge of MCC, switchgear, or similar electrical systems
