About the Role

The 3rd Shift Maintenance Technician (Friday–Sunday, 6:30 AM – 6:30 PM) plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of manufacturing and facility equipment during third shift operations.

This position is responsible for performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs to minimize downtime and maintain safety standards. The technician will collaborate closely with production teams to identify and resolve issues before they escalate, supporting continuous production flow.

Additionally, the role involves maintaining accurate maintenance records and adhering to company policies and regulatory requirements. Ultimately, the Maintenance Technician contributes to the overall reliability and longevity of equipment, directly impacting operational success and workplace safety.

Schedule

3rd Shift: Friday–Sunday, 6:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Minimum Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven experience as a maintenance technician in an industrial or manufacturing environment
  • Basic knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
Preferred Qualifications
  • Technical certification or associate degree in industrial maintenance, electrical technology, or related field
  • Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
