Job description

E&B Paving is seeking motivated and enthusiastic students to join our 2026 Summer Internship Program. This internship is designed to provide hands-on experience in the heavy civil construction industry while exposing students to real-world projects, professional development opportunities, and industry leaders.
Interns will work alongside experienced project managers, estimators, superintendents, foremen, and field personnel to gain a comprehensive understanding of how construction projects are planned, managed, and executed. Depending on the assigned location and business needs, interns may assist with project management, estimating, operations, scheduling, safety, quality control, cost tracking, and field coordination.
Throughout the summer, interns will have the opportunity to:
  • Gain practical experience on active construction projects
  • Learn how projects are estimated, planned, and managed
  • Work directly with industry professionals and mentors
  • Participate in site visits and field operations
  • Develop leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Build relationships with professionals across the organization
