An Engineering Rotational Program is a structured, entry-level program designed to provide new engineers with exposure to multiple teams, projects, or disciplines within a company. Participants rotate through different assignments over a set period, typically 12-36 months, gaining diverse technical experience and business knowledge. The program helps develop well-rounded engineers with a broad skill set, networking opportunities, and a deeper understanding of the organization. Engineering Rotational Programs generally offer participants the chance to work in several different departments or specialties, such as design, manufacturing, quality assurance, and project management, over a fixed period—often 18–36 months.
