To thrive as an Engineering Project Manager (Remote), you need a strong background in engineering principles, project management methodologies, and typically a relevant degree or PMP certification. Familiarity with project management software like Jira, Asana, or Microsoft Project, and remote collaboration tools such as Slack or Zoom, is essential. Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills help you coordinate dispersed teams and manage project challenges effectively.
