About the Role
The AI Solutions & Automation Specialist will identify, design, and rapidly implement practical AI and automation solutions that simplify work, reduce manual effort, and improve execution across the organization.
Job Title - Program Manager
Key Responsibilities
• Execute predefined price increase launches through final delivery.
• Validate launch scope, business requirements, and change request summary to ensure the new price points are correct
• Conduct any post submission tasks to ensure each change request is executed smoothly
Experience
• 3-8 years in Program Management, Business Operations, Launch Operations, business analysis, pricing Operations, Supply Chain Operations, finance or similar operational roles.
• Self-driven problem solver with experience managing complex cross-functional processes with multiple stakeholders and dependencies.
• Proven ability to execute high-volume operational workflows while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.
Ideal Backgrounds
• Large enterprise Operations, finance, or Business analyst experience.
• Data science/data manipulation experience and super detail oriented with numbers
• Operational service delivery experience in supporting business functions such as finance, pricing, marketing and sales.
• Consulting or project management backgrounds with strong execution focus.
Top 3 must-have HARD Skills & years of experience
1. Data Analysis & manipulation (3+ years)
Strong proficiency with Excel, database languages such as Kusto and SQL be able to manipulate large set of data and perform mathematically calculations on individual price points at scale using data manipulation tools.
2. Detailed oriented and results driven
Balancing precise accuracy with a sharp focus on achieving final goals. Ensure high-quality work is delivered on time without missing critical steps.
3. Program & Operations Management (3+ years)
Ability to manage complex, cross-functional operational processes with multiple stakeholders, dependencies, milestones, and deadlines. Candidates should have experience owning execution from intake through delivery, identifying risks, driving accountability, and ensuring operational excellence with great attention to detail skills.
Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between [$90,000 - 100,000 annually]. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
