An Engineering Program Manager oversees and coordinates engineering projects from conception to completion. They are responsible for planning project timelines, allocating resources, managing budgets, and ensuring that project deliverables meet quality standards. Job description

Position Summary...Lead end-to-end delivery of next-generation TV & Audio products by owning complex, interdependent hardware NPI and software platform programs from concept through mass production. In this high-visibility Staff TPM role, youโ€™ll align engineering, product, quality, supply chain, and global suppliers to hit critical milestones, manage risk, and ensure operational readiness for launch. Youโ€™ll drive clarity through ambiguity, balance technical tradeoffs, and help scale program management best practices across the organization.
Our Program Management organization partners with Engineering and Product to bring high-quality consumer electronics to market at scaleโ€”connecting strategy to execution across hardware, software, and operations. The TV & Audio team runs cross-platform programs with multiple vendors and global partners, ensuring system-level alignment, predictable delivery, and strong launch readiness. This role reports to the Director of Technical Program Management and plays a key part in improving how we plan, track, and deliver programs across the portfolio. What you'll do...
  • Lead multiple complex TV & Audio hardware and software programs across vendors, platforms, and geographies.
  • Own NPI execution: scope, schedules, milestones, dependencies, critical path, and risk/issue management.
  • Drive cross-functional execution with Engineering, Product, Quality, Marketing, Legal, and Supply Chain.
  • Partner with ODM/SoC suppliers (including off-hours meetings) to resolve issues and coordinate releases.
  • Run program cadences, report status/metrics, and drive continuous improvement and lessons learned.

What youโ€™ll bring
  • Demonstrated experience in consumer electronics/high-tech; hands-on NPI; experience with TPM/EPM/product/engineering roles.
  • Proven delivery of complex, cross-functional hardware + software programs with global supplier partners.
  • Strong system-level technical fluency (platforms, APIs/services, reliability/observability, release/rollback readiness).
  • Advanced program tooling: JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint, Smartsheet, MS Project, PowerPoint (PMP preferred).
