Job description

About the role:

As a Fuel Program Manager, you will help meet customer technical and delivery requirements while maximizing contract value. We ask that you have engineering and commercial expertise, frequent customer engagement, coordination across departments.

You will report to the Senior Fuel Portfolio Manager, and work a hybrid role based in Colombia, SC.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure customer technical and delivery requirements are met while maximizing contract value.
  • Be the primary engineering and commercial contact for all contract-related communications.
  • Lead major Nuclear Fuel delivery activities, including order execution and issue resolution.
  • Maintain accurate billing plans and support financial targets, including revenue recognition and EBITDA.
  • Update financial, business, and demand planning systems.
  • Use customer scorecards and provide periodic updates to management.
  • Track contract work scope and maintain knowledge of Nuclear Fuel contracts, products, and services.
  • Prepare Job Order Documents for each fuel reload. Communicate customer needs to team members and support proposal development, contract negotiations, and cross-department coordination.
  • Facilitate assignment of engineering resources for technical challenges.
  • Use SAP, ENOVIA, EDMS, and related tools to achieve department goals.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field
  • 3+ years of experience
  • Deliverable status, issues, and technical positions to customers
  • Experience, within the nuclear industry helpful
  • Knowledge of fuel manufacturing, reload engineering, Nuclear Fuel products and services, commercial operations, and financial planning helpful
  • Prior customer-facing experience.

We are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices. The base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $103,200 to $129,000 per year.
