re:Cycle Reverse Logistics is looking for a talented, driven, and highly organized Program Manager in support of Reverse Logistics programs, as we expand capabilities to support our customers. As a re:Cycle Reverse Logistics Program Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing specific strategic level programs & initiatives - working with internal customers and 3rd party design houses, coordinating the development and expansion of test & repair activities across multiple platforms.
Your goal will be to ensure that associated projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet the objectives outlined by stakeholders. This includes partnership with technical teams to adequately scope project deliverables, through thorough data analysis and building robust business requirements document (BRD), develop KPI metrics, developing monthly business reviews that drive progress on project goals, understanding of operational process and program objectives/SLAs, and customer centricity to drive adoption and expansion. The role plays a critical part in ensuring strategic commitments are made and operations are exceeding desired performance levels by using strong leadership, clear written and verbal communication, and focused metrics to drive accountability and expedite execution.
As a Program Manager, you find clear paths through roadblocks, provide escalation management, anticipate & make trade-offs, and balance the business needs versus technical constraints. You will have an ability to take large, complex programs and break them down into manageable pieces, develop functional and technical user stories, then deliver them in a successful and timely manner. Maturity, high judgment, negotiation skills, ability to influence, analytical thinking and leadership are essential to success in this role.
Key job responsibilities
Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple projects simultaneously. Develop business requirements documents (BRD), comprehensive project plans, including timelines, and resource efficiency measurements.
Serve as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders, including Technical Engineering, Operations, Commercials, Customer, and Finance leadership. Regularly communicate project status, milestones, and risks, and address any concerns or feedback in a timely manner.
Coordination of global monthly business reviews with associated metrics and narrative including document writing and presentations to influence necessary business actions benefiting program adoption and further global expansion.
Partnership with reporting teams to develop new reporting & metrics to monitor efficiencies and SLA commitments.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 6+ years of program, project or product management, or leading product implementation experience
- 6+ years of related industry experience
- 6+ years of data analysis using tools such as Excel, Pivot Tables, SQL, Tableau, or equivalent experience
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field
- Experience in data analysis using tools such as Excel, Pivot Tables, SQL, Tableau, or equivalent
- Experience in high-volume manufacturing operations or sourcing environments
- Experience with Continuous Improvement and Six Sigma methodologies
- Experience in global supply chain management, managing cross-functional teams in a fast-paced consumer electronics product company
- Experience in program, project or product management, or leading product implementation
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field
- Experience in procurement practices working with engineering, supply chain and Tier 1 OEM partners
- Experience practicing best-in-class procurement processes (category management, benchmarking, should-cost models, RFX, reverse auction, contracting, or equivalent)
- 6+ years of program or project management experience, or a PMP certificate and 6+ years of delivering cross functional projects experience

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
