Job Description:

The postdoctoral associate will be responsible for the preparation, characterization, and evaluation of inorganic catalysts.

Minimum Qualifications:

Education/experience/licensing:
Ph.D. degree in chemistry or chemical engineering
Experience in the synthesis and characterization of inorganic materials and catalysts
Experience in the use of gas chromatography, X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy, surface area measurements, and other analytical techniques preferred.
Experience with chemisorption and temperature-programmed experiments (TPD, TPO, TPR) preferred.
The postdoctoral associate must be a US citizen (including naturalized).
Communication and other skills:
Must be able to write scientific reports
Must be able to prepare Power Point presentations and give oral presentations
Must be responsible with confidential research data and proprietary information that are governed by US Export Control laws.
