TEAM OVERVIEW:

  • We are seeking an intern with programming experience and an interest in business operations, analytics, and data-driven problem solving. In this role, the intern will help analyze workflows and datasets, identify opportunities to improve efficiency, and develop practical tools, models, dashboards, or visualizations that support business process optimization and decision-making.
  • Ideal candidates are curious, analytical thinkers who enjoy working at the intersection of data, technology, and business. Candidates should have experience with programming or data tools (e.g., Python, VBA, or similar), along with an interest in applying quantitative methods and practical solutions to real-world operational challenges. Strong communication skills and the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations are valued as much as coding ability.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Analysis of big data to generate insightful reports and visualizations
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather and interpret business requirements
  • Develop and maintain automate processes for data collection and analysis
  • Identify trends in data to provide actionable insights
  • Support decision making processes by conducting thorough data analysis and presenting findings
  • Manage key metrics reporting for organization

TECHNICAL SKILLS:

  • Experience utilizing MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Preferred: Python, R, VBA, Tableau

REQUIREMENTS/EDUCATION:

  • Pursing BS in Business/Management Science, Industrial Engineering, Data Science, Computer Science or related field

The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.

For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
