Job Overview:The Office Manager at CCS Facility Services will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day administrative and operational functions of our office. This role requires a proactive and adaptable professional who can manage various tasks, coordinate office activities, and ensure a smooth workflow. The ideal candidate will be adept at multitasking, possess strong organizational skills, and have a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage administrative staff, ensuring efficient and effective office operations.
  • Implement and maintain office policies and procedures to optimize workflow.
  • Act as a liaison between different departments, fostering open communication and collaboration.
  • Coordinate meetings, conferences, and events, both internal and external.
  • Oversee the coordination of facility maintenance and repairs, working closely with relevant stakeholders.
  • Assist in budget preparation and monitoring of office-related expenses.
  • Process invoices, track expenses, and reconcile financial records.
