Job Summary

We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer with 3–4+ years of medical device manufacturing experience to support process development, validation, optimization, and production troubleshooting.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing Engineering, or equivalent.
  • 3–4+ years of Medical Device Manufacturing Engineering experience.
  • Strong experience with IQ/OQ/PQ Process Validation.
  • Experience with PFMEA/FMEA and process characterization.
  • Proficiency in Minitab and data analysis.
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Root Cause Analysis, and Continuous Improvement.
  • Experience with tooling, fixtures, equipment, and DFM.
  • Knowledge of FDA, GMP, and ISO 13485 requirements.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
