$120,000 - $150,000 + Training + Progression + Market-Leading Company + Excellent Benefits Package


Are you an Engineering Manager from an industrial or manufacturing background, looking to put your own stamp on a market-leading organization, offering new industry training and a clear pathway into a senior site leadership position?


This is an excellent opportunity to shape a growing business, by growing and developing an 8 person multidisciplinary engineering team, whilst leading day-to-day operations and building strong customer relationships.


This company is growing rapidly and have lots of exciting projects in the pipeline. They offer an excellent benefits package and have a highly skilled engineering team to work alongside.


In this role, you will lead and develop a team of eight Maintenance, Controls, and Automation Engineers, taking responsibility for team performance, customer relationships, and day-to-day operations. This is a hands-off leadership position, where you will take a lead on doubling headcount over the next 6 – 12 months.


This role would suit an Engineering Manager from an industrial or manufacturing background, looking to make their mark on an industry-leading company, offering new industry training and further management progression.
