Assist with daily reports, JHA's, other required reporting.Assists in invoice approvals/quantity reconciliations; provides monthly estimate preparation, cost and schedule reporting; communicates with accounting to facilitate monthly job costEducation and Experience Requirements:High School diploma and four (4) years of relevant experience in construction field operations and/or estimating; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Construction Engineering, or a related field is preferred.Must have excellent computer skills, including proficiency in MS Word andExperience with estimating software such as Bid2Win, Agtek Earthworks, and AutoCAD isa plus.Special Requirements:Must have a valid driver's license.Must have or be able to obtain OSHA 10 certification (OSHA 30 is preferred).First Aid/CPR certification is preferred.Competent Person, Excavation, Trenching and Fall Protection Certifications are preferred.Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:Knowledge of materials, methods, and the tools involved in the construction of highways and roads, site work or other related fields. Understanding of estimating functions.Knowledge of civil engineering infrastructure projects, including paving, concrete, water, sewer, grading, drainage and other utilities. Ability to read and understand consultant drawings, blueprints, models, contracts, and reports. Excellent computer skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook, Excel, and Word, and estimating software. Excellent customer service, communication, and writing skills. Excellent time management and organizational skills, with attention-to-detail.
